Coronavirus update
At East Neuk Celebrants, we are still offering our services as fully as we can, but are now following the government restrictions on numbers allowed to attend weddings and funerals and distancing protocols.
A Note About Coronavirus and Lock-Down
The Coronavirus has meant a great many different protocols and restrictions have been put in place for gatherings of any sort, and these can change at quite short notice. When arranging an event, you must consider carefully who will attend, including whether or not anyone is in a high-risk group, along with the requirements that are currently in place for the area within which you intend the ceremony to take place. These will include the location of the ceremony, ie indoors or outdoors, the wearing of masks and social distancing, group numbers etc.
The Department of Health and Social Care publishes a UK Coronavirus Update every day at 2pm, and the Scottish Government immediately follows this with an Update for Scotland. You can also find information on your local authority website which may be helpful.
It is obviously a fluid and sometimes fast-moving situation, but we will do our very best to ensure that you and your family still have the ceremony that you want and deserve.
